My Fitness Journey

I have had a passion for helping people embark on the path to a healthy and active life. My goal is to support others in creating their health legacy by transforming their lives through nutrition and exercise. I understand firsthand the importance of wanting to both look and feel your best.

My fitness journey and career began in 2012. Throughout my life, I struggled with my weight, which affected my self-esteem and confidence. I tried numerous weight loss methods—while some offered short-term results, most were ineffective. At age 37, when I became pregnant with my daughter, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. This diagnosis became a turning point for me.

Determined to make a change, I joined a gym and started taking Zumba classes, which marked the beginning of my fitness career. In 2012, I became a certified Zumba Instructor, and that same year, I also earned my certification as a group fitness instructor. I began teaching a variety of classes, including cardio interval training, strength training, cardio kickboxing, mat and ab classes, aqua fitness, and more. This journey ignited my passion and commitment to maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Now, I am here to help you begin your own journey. I provide nutritional support, and I will introduce you to easy-to-prepare foods that support weight loss. You can join my online workouts, which are tailored to your fitness level, and try out new formats that will help keep you motivated and excited about your new healthy lifestyle. We also offer person training.
