I am totally dedicated to helping people transform their lives by using nutrition and exercise.  I know and understand the significance of wanting to feel and look your best.   

My fitness journey and career started over 8 years ago.  Weight has always been an issue for me; and that led to me having low self- esteem and lack of confidence. I've tried so many weight loss methods and while some worked short term, most didn't work at all.  At 37 years old, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and that was my turning point.  Other than an informational session I had little or no support.  My husband was also was diagnosed with type II diabetes that year.

I soon joined a gym, began taking Zumba classes and that started my fitness career.  I became a Zumba Instructor in 2012.  I earned my certification as a group instructor that same year and started teaching other classes such as cardio interval training, strength training, cardio kickboxing, mat and ab class, aqua fitness, and many more. I became passionate and committed to staying healthy and fit.

Giving support and assisting people with diabetes of all types has become a priority for me.  Too often the diagnosis of diabetes leaves us scared and confused with all the information that is given to us.
